Tidings of Comfort and Joy! A St. John’s Men’s Chorus Christmas Concert

Sunday, Dec. 10, at 4 pm, (Sanctuary)

Featuring the 30 voice Men’s Chorus. Ricky Howsare will return as our guest soloist and Kent Bernhardt as the narrator. The concert will include exciting arrangements of some of our favorite Christmas Carols and other seasonal offerings. Instrumentalists include the Luther Ringers, directed by Kimberly Lentz, and many other guest musicians. St. John’s former Director and Men’s Chorus Founder, Rosemary Kinard will return to direct the Men’s Chorus in the stunning arrangement of Silent Night, by Mark Hayes. The concert is directed by Rob Durocher, Minister of Worship and the Arts and accompanied by Janie Rollins, Church Accompanist. An offering will be taken to be shared with Saving Grace Farm, a Salisbury, non-profit organization that offers equine assisted activities for people with special needs, disabilities, youth at-risk, seniors, veterans, and those who have experienced trauma.
