One way to take a next step at St. John's is by attending one of our Encounter Classes.
In the class, you’ll learn about the congregation’s purpose, various ministries, and our great desire to help you connect faith and life. In addition, we’ll share basic information about the Lutheran church, including its many ministries around the world … and, of course, leave time for your own questions.
For some, Encounter leads to membership at St John’s … although that’s certainly not an expectation. It’s simply an opportunity for you to learn as much as you can about this special place. If you do choose to join the church (either as a member or as “associate member,” in which you maintain your full membership elsewhere), we will welcome new members on a Sunday that is convenient for you.
