Journey to Montgomery for a Civil Rights History Tour, Sept. 28- Oct. 1, 2022.
Organized by Conversations that Matter Committee, the tour includes, Legacy Museum: From Enslavement to Mass Incarceration, and the National Memorial for Peace and Justice, as well as, Freedom Rides Museum, the Rosa Parks Museum, and the Civil Rights Memorial Center. In Selma, the group will visit the National Voting Rights Museum and Institute, the Edmund Pettus Bridge, and the Lowndes Interpretive Center, which is near Selma. Each evening, there will be time for group discussion.
Registration and $50 deposit due August 7.
Final payment due August 15.
Registration is open to the community.
Partial scholarships are available by request.
