St. John’s Health Care Ministry Team is hosting a flu and Covid shot clinic, Oct. 7, 3:30-6:30 pm in the lower level of the Faith Center. Most major health insurances are accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Drive through options are available for those unable to come inside.
Flu shots – bring an insurance card. Starting Thursday, there will be a clipboard at the welcome desk with the Wal-Mart form to complete (if folks want to pick this up on Sunday and have it completed to save time)
1st and 2nd doses of COVID vaccine – Moderna and Pfizer available (no insurance card needed and it is free)
Pfizer COVID boosters: need to bring a vaccine card, be at least 6 months out from the 2nd dose and be over 65 or have other chronic conditions (only for those with Pfizer).
