Provide leadership and oversight of congregational mission, life, and programs Create and develop vision, long-term planning, and annual goal setting Review and approve budget for congregational approval Evaluate the work of council, boards, and staff Provide Christian, spiritual leadership Assist and support pastoral staff in fulfilling their call to Word and Sacrament Evaluate staff as requested by the Personnel Committee.

January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2025 – 3 years Council Meeting: Monthly – 3rd Tuesday 7:00 pm Executive Committee Meeting: Monthly—Thursday prior to 3rd Tuesday at 5:15 pm One month per year each council member will lead the devotion and prayer at council meetings CDC visitation prior to council meeting by person leading devotion & prayer Worship Greeter – one Sunday a month before 9:00 and after 11:00 am service. Executive committee members greet on the 5th Sunday of months with five (5) Sundays Orientation – one evening 1st or 2nd week in January Leaders Retreat – TBA Leadership Training – TBA Called meetings of Council
