Changing Spaces campaign to kick off at Trinity Oaks

Trinity Oaks residents are an active part of St. John’s, and over the years, St. John’s has energetically supported Trinity Oaks through ministries like the Trinity Singers and Ringers, led by Rosemary and Karl Kinard. St. John’s members have given generously over the years, helping to build LSC’s senior living communities – especially Trinity Oaks – that provide vital services to so many.

Once again, Trinity Oaks needs St. John’s help in order to grow and serve the community through the Changing Spaces campaign. This effort will raise funds to help support the building of 18 new assisted living rooms at the Trinity Oaks independent living community, which will bring the total number of assisted living beds at that location to 38 and have the added benefit of freeing up space for private rooms in the health and rehab building.

The expansion will provide improved community space, including a sunroom and screened porch for assisted living residents. The structurally sound health and rehab building is slated for a makeover that will include covering the old cinder block walls to give the home a more homelike feeling.

Whether or not you have needed it, Trinity Oaks has been there for you. On Sunday, July 17,  you will start hearing more about these exciting renovations. When the time comes later this summer, please consider a gift to the Changing  Spaces campaign to assure that Trinity Oaks can continue providing care for seniors, in partnership with St. John’s, for many years to come.
